This hotel is also near dining and shopping. Cannot comment on walking distances, but I do have concerns about the Hyatt Place Hotel. The last time we stayed there (about 1 1/2 years ago) we had a very small room (1st floor). Very limited open floor space for luggage, and more seriously the area around the main sink was so limited that only my DW had room for her stuff.
